The Cardinals finished one of their best seasons in the past few years, posting a 6 - 3 - 1 record, good enough for second place in the 'A' division. Two of the losses were to the first place X'Treme '90, a team that did not lose a single game during the regular season. The season was accented by several defensive struggles, the Cardinals never allowing more than 3 goals in a game and notching two shut-outs. Every player on the Cardinals rotates in at every field position, eight out of the sixteen girls scoring goals in the ten games. The highlight of the season came when the team won the Garland Cup tournament.
